Small package parcels are shipped by UPS Ground service unless faster service is requested. Large equipment is shipped by LTL carrier (less than truckload).

Fill-One Aerosol Filling Machine Service Request

If you would like to return a Fill-One Aerosol Filling Machine for repair, then please complete and submit the Return Authorization Request Form. Please note: Do not include the mounting hardware (Demonstration Plate or Wall-Mount Bracket) or the Aluminum Filling Cylinder when returning machines.

Machines are typically repaired within 24-hours of time received. But if multiple machines are sent, allow at least a week before the batch is completed. You can check always check the status by contacting one of our customer service team members.
